What can you take away from this study?
When it comes to improving your domain's ranking, in-page and off-page factors must be taken into consideration. Optimizing the site may not improve the search result at all if traffic and backlinks remain the same.
When a user searches for a search term that contains a brand or just the brand name, the results tend to display the brand's domain over other sites that may have a better ranking. Therefore, branding is a powerful SEO strategy.
The SEO strategy should be carried out at the URL level (per page) and not just at the domain level. Therefore, it is possible to receive a large volume of traffic on a single page without receiving much traffic on your site's homepage.
