🚀 Reduced Quote Time
We implemented a more efficient caching system, reducing the time for each shipping quote. Now:
- For customers who use shipping tables, each query takes approximately 200ms. In other words, if no other third-party services are being queried, the total time for each quote is under 1 second!
- Repeated queries (e.g., on the product page, in the cart, and at checkout with the same ZIP code and products) have a 200ms response time.
⏱️ Parallel Queries
For stores that use more than one shipping service, such as shipping tables + Correios, quotes are now calculated in parallel, ensuring greater speed and efficiency in calculation.
💼 Success Story: Stanley
The Stanley store is already benefiting from this new feature! During the period from 01/11 to 20/11, they processed more than 2 million quotes and successfully completed +100 thousand orders. These numbers confirm the speed and stability of the new optimizations.
🛠️ Rules Applied in Contingency
If there is any interruption in the shipping calculation, shipping rules are now automatically applied in contingency. Previously, these rules only came into effect if there were no errors, but now, we are ensuring a more robust experience for our customers.

🆕 Enhanced Checkout Validation
Now, Checkout customization for Shopify Plus includes additional validation in the customers' first and last name fields within the Checkout Validator extension! This improvement prevents the entry of invalid characters, ensuring that the data is correct right at the point of entry.Benefits:
- Fewer integration issues due to incorrect data.
- Reduced after-sales support with more accurate data from the start.
These improvements aim to make the checkout process smoother and more efficient, benefiting both our customers and end consumers.
🔧 Correction of ZIP Codes with Incorrect State
We also fixed an issue where some ZIP codes displayed the wrong state (UF). Now, the system correctly identifies the state corresponding to each ZIP code, ensuring correct validation and integrations.
