The Challenge
To move beyond the basics, St. Marche needed to bring the in-store supermarket experience online without sacrificing the wealth of services that make a difference at the counter. The challenge was to replicate online details such as grind selection, roast level, cut thickness, and sales by weight, while streamlining a complex grocery operation characterized by multiple disconnected systems, a high volume of SKUs, and frequent stockouts.
